Once upon a time, and extension was available that did that. Guessing,
it died around the time that OOo 1.1.4 was released.
If you want to know what fonts are actually used in the document, you
can export to PDF and have a look at the list of fonts in the
PDF-Viewer.
But that only lists the fonts that are actually used, not the ones
that are requested by the document.

That extension installs fine in 3.6.1, but only produces empty
reports, thus it is indeed useless at the moment/needs fixing.
