I can't find it in the customize dialog. @all: One thing I'd personally like to see being added is the 'Title Page...' item that's currently part of the 'Format' menu. My train of thought is 'I want to add/insert a new title page' rather than 'convert the current page to a title page'. I don't know what most people would prefer, but what are your thoughts on this issue?
