Hi all,
Now that Sveinn posted her results ... I see the problem (yes, even
with the PDF's linked to).
I tried to coerce Inkscape into giving me useful EPS files ... but it
doesn't look like it can. Thus, here's my try at helping: I exported
it to a srsly large PNG. It is still in RGB mode, but given the fact
that I have zero experience whatsoever with CMYK and I recently
learned that generic CMYK is often less than helpful [1]... Anyway,
this is the file:

You'll notice that I edited the logo a bit, the text is now vertically
centered, and I enforced the "half width of the document symbol on
each side" rule. Hope that helps, if not ... I can probably check
Scribus if it can export in a useful way. However, can you ask your
designer if he couldn't just go with the SVG? (The rumours about
needing Vegur are unfounded by the way.)
Astron.
