I had a discussion with Cédric Bosdonnat, the mentor for the templates

        Hi Cédric,
I believe you know about the Templates and Documents Rework
Whiteboard [1] and I hope you'll work with the design team on
        this GSoC project.

I knew there was some started work in that area. Thanks for pointing me
directly to the correct wiki page ;)

How soon do you need a design for the dialog?

Pretty soon as I think we'll start with it and add the CMIS feature in a
second step.

How soon is that? If we took 2 weeks to produce a design, would that
be ok?

Sure, development is supposed to start on Mai 21st... so 2 weeks is ok.

If there are any development constraints designers should know
about, could you post them under "Out of Scope"?

The only think I would thank designers for is to care designing a dialog
that can evolve with the time as we won't be able to implement it 100%
complete the first time.

Designing by iterations would fit more easily to what we'll need.
