Are you actually interested in becoming the maintainer/owner of this
whiteboard? In case you don't have a stake/interest in macro editing,
I'd suggest you let someone else have a go at converting this
(preferably Michel, if he's still around) [1].

Besides, under "personas," describe fictional users whose life your
proposal is supposed to improved. This section is emphatically not
supposed to list the people working on the whiteboard).

only if the owner has either
* not been active in the community for ~6 months or
* expressly wants to give up ownership
