Ok im sorry but I do not understand GMT. Apparently i am UTC/GMT -4 hours.
Does this mean that I subtract four hours from the 14:00 GMT, meaning that
the meeting is at 10:00 AM for me? could someone explain this for me.
Yes, that should be it, although I'm not sure how daylight savings time
fits into this.
If you're not certain, google a GMT conversion tool -- there are tons of
them online.
