[libreoffice-design] Writer red arrow replacement

Hi all,

I recently went into a bug document showing how annoying the red arrows
can be on Writer when content doesn't fit the bounds of its parent. Here
is a sample document showing the problem:

I'ld like to change that to keep:
* the content unaltered, i.e. not with an awful red arrow painted on it.
* the visual information that there is content that can't be displayed.

But I have no really good idea to implement there. Any idea how to
transform that?
