Mmh, do you refer to the design we've used for the Letter of Intend [1]?
If yes, then I quickly made it based on Nik's great motif work. So,
there is just this letter that needs to be turned into a really usable
template - currently, there are some issues, e.g.:
      * far too large file size
      * non-standard font (Vegur)
      * paper size might be wrong (currently: Letter)
      * ...

Would anybody be so kind to work on that? I'll provide the source file -
just ping me via mail. Thanks in advance!
