Any further thoughts on that topic? Speak up, please. This is your
project! :-)

I just made an update to my proposals :
http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Design/Kick-Off/WhatWeNeed#Proposals_by_Michel_Renon

Excellent, thanks! :-)

When looking at the recent page content, it seems that many of the
questions are process related (when to talk with whom, who does what,
when is something required ...).

Concerning the kick-off, adding stuff to this page seemed to run into
some kind of "saturation" ... or the other way round: there are lots and
lots of thoughts that should be sorted and rated.

Thus, if nobody disagrees, I'd like to continue. Anybody who wants to
give it a (first) try?

PS: Michel, your entry seems to be missing on the team page. After
reading your thoughts, it seems that you have to stay with us ;-)

done !

Cool, thanks! Veeery interesting ...

Cheers,
Christoph
