**Dear LibreOffice Development Team,**
As a daily user of assistive technologies with concurrent visual and motor impairments (limb spasticity), I would like to formally submit a comprehensive technical report and enhancement request to drastically improve the software's accessibility and user experience.

Testing under daily production environments has revealed major technical issues regarding UI scaling, localization mapping, and disruptive default configurations that constantly force disabled users to act as technical troubleshooters to restore their workspace.

Below are the interconnected UX proposals and bug reports derived from extensive, hands-on testing:

Thanks for these. As mentioned in my other email, my suggestion would be to report these issues/proposals as individual tickets in Bugzilla for further discussion/analysis, to make sure they don't get "lost" and can be considered via the usual process and people involved in the corresponding areas become aware.

Discussion for various of the aspects should most likely involve the UX/design team, which can either be added directly by setting the "needsUXEval" keyword and adding "libreoffice-ux-advise@lists.freedesktop.org" in the "CC" field when creating the bug report, or will otherwise happen later in the process when a bug triager considers a ticket to be relevant for that team.

Thank you again for your feedback and proposals!

Best regards,
Michael
