I already see an "Extra Large" entry there.
If that's not sufficient: Is your intention to only have larger icons 
and have the rest of the UI in the regular size, or could using the 
display scaling feature of the system be a solution?

At first glance, the icons in the menus seem to scale along with the 
text, so setting a higher scale factor in the Windows settings also 
results in bigger icons. (That seems reasonable to me at first.)

If I correctly understand your request, this is already possible via 
"Tools" -> "Customization", tab "Toolbars".

Bugzilla issue (giving exact steps to reproduce) and add a link to that 
ticket here?

best place for discussing specific new feature requests. Would you mind 
reporting the relevant aspects there for further discussion?
