*Title:* [URGENT ACCESSIBILITY REQUEST] Feature Request: Urgent
accessibility scaling and customization options for UI elements

*Body:*
*[URGENT ACCESSIBILITY REQUEST]*

*User Operating System / LibreOffice Version:* Windows 11 (Latest Version)

Dear LibreOffice Development Team,

My name is Evangelos Vagias. As a LibreOffice user from Greece with visual
and mobility impairments, I am writing to urgently request the addition of
specific accessibility settings to improve the application's usability.

I kindly ask for the implementation of the following features across four
distinct areas:

   1.

*Very Large Icon Preset:* In the "View" menu, under the "Icon Size"
settings, please add a "Very Large" option. This setting is currently
missing and is absolutely necessary for all three icon sub-groups.
   2.

*Menu Icon Scaling:* Please introduce a separate, independent setting to
scale and enlarge the icons within the application's main menus.
   3.

*Toolbar Button Customization:* Please provide a setting that allows
users to easily add or remove specific buttons from the toolbars,
regardless of the currently selected application view style.
   4.

*Reliable Icon Replacement:* Please fix and improve the feature for
replacing individual toolbar icons. Currently, when attempting to change
specific icons (such as the clipboard/paste icon), the replacement fails to
apply correctly, which severely impacts customized accessibility setups.

These native UI improvements will drastically make LibreOffice more
accessible and functional for users with low vision and motor difficulties
who struggle with the current interface limits.

Thank you very much for your time, consideration, and ongoing dedication to
accessibility.

Best regards,
Evangelos Vagias
