Just a heads up on opening of issue tdf#91739
<https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=91739> -- nvda can not
read documents from top to bottom -- i.e. using the NVDA SayAll feature.

This is already NVDA ticket 4119
<http://community.nvda-project.org/ticket/4119> but I know flaky SayAll
behavior has been a long running usability issue for NVDA based users.

I think the problem is with NVDA's IAccessible2 module handling of ODF
documents, but I guess there might also be something to be done on the
LibreOffice side.

Anyhow... fyi
