David, *,

Not isolated to Windows Eyes, NVDA just was a bit more tolerant.

We had a bit of an issue with IAccessible2 code in the RC1, RC2 and RC3
builds of LibreOffce 4.2.0. Also was affecting the Apache OpenOffice 4.1.0
builds. If curious see fdo#73464
<https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=73464> .

We believe it has been corrected for the next RC4 pre-release spin. Or you
can grab a copy of the Tinderbox daily 4.2.1 build here:
http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/libreoffice-4-2/Win-x86@42/
<http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/libreoffice-4-2/Win-x86@42/> but
that won't have other language support.
