Just one more thing: if you also export to XHTML, some of the 
accessibility work will need to be redone:
* the XHTML export filter loses all the language information (it does 
not export any lang or xml:lang attributes): 
<https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=39795>;
* the XHTML export filter does not use the correct field to produce 
alt attributes for images: 
<https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=39561> (but a patch has 
been submitted).
