Can you clarify what the source of this statement is?
At FOSDEM 2011 (February), Malte Timmermann said that IBM had donated 
the IAccessible2 implementation to Oracle and that he was in the 
process of integrating and testing this code.

My understanding is that this is a separate contribution from the 
previously mentioned IAccessible2 implementation.
