Hombre, Miguel Ángel, el formato RTF todavía es necesario tanto para enviar como para recibir, pues
ha sido muy utilizado.

Respecto de los rtf, cualquiera sabe, ¿de verdad necesitas utilizar 
rtf?, teniendo todos los ordenadores con OOo / LibreOffice, creo 
deberías utilizar el formato abierto nativo de estos programas y solo 
utilizar un formato ajeno para enviar a terceros que no puedan leer los ODT.
