Ningún problema por aquí en Linux, con la versión de 64 bits

Ante todo darte las gracias por tus prontas respuestas. Al final buscando el 
error en ingles he dado con la solución, parece que no es un bug sino algo que 
se ha hecho desde portableapps con el fin de ganar velocidad a la hora de 
ejecutar la aplicación desde dispositivos USB.
