Me parece que en bugzilla aún no existe una categoría para la versión
portable, pero igual creo que deberías reportarlo:

Como «truco» momentáneo, presiona Ctrl+F1: esto habilitará
temporalmente la ayuda extendida hasta que hagas clic en algo o
presiones ESC.

Me podrias confirmar que en las versiones instalables funciona bien?, en las
portables las he probado en equipos con XP y 7 y todos tienen el mismo problema.
