Andere Möglichkeit:
Einen Rahmen in der kompletten Höhe der Seite abzüglich Ränder ziehen. Hier bei 2 cm Rändern eine Höhe von 25,67 cm und eine Breite von 8 cm. Rechts davon Abstand 1 cm (für die 2. Spalte) und an der Seite verankern. Den Rahmen kannst Du auf die Folgeseite nach dem Einfügen eines Seitenumbruch kopieren. 
Dann den ersten Rahmen markieren und
Format → Rahmen und Objekt → Rahmen verketten.
Ist natürlich umständlicher als eine Tabelle, die automatisch einfach weiter läuft.
