Hallo *,
ich verstehe diese ganze Aufregung um die Hilfe hier in der Mailingliste nicht. Da wird endlich einmal etwas in der Mailingliste gepostet und darauf reagiert, und dann erfolgt der Verweis auf professionellen Support.
Ich bin froh, wenn sich Leute hier melden. Wenn ich nämlich den Verlauf in den letzten Jahren sehe, so scheint mir das hier immer dünner mit Meldungen zu sein. Auch wohl deshalb, weil

die Möglichkeit bietet, da direkt Dateien und Screenshots mit ein zu binden und das in der Form auch besser nachlesbar zu haben.
