Je nachdem, wie das PDF erstellt wurde, kann es auch sein, das Text zwar
wie Text aussieht, im PDF aber jede Textzeile eine Grafik ist. In dem
Fall dürften auch Links nur als Grafik enthalten sein.
Du kannst aber auch solche PDFs in DRAW bearbeiten, indem du in einer
(neuen) Zeile deinen lokalen Link einfügst.
