Hallo Karl-Heinz,

der erste Eintrag ist eine Absatzvorlage,
der zweite eine Zeichenvorlage.

Mit der Absatzvorlage wird der Absatz formatiert, in dem sich gerade der Cursor befindet, mit der Zeichenvorlage werden nur die markierten Zeichen, z.B. ein Wort, formatiert.

kann mir jemand sagen, warum im Menü "Vorlagen" zweimal der Menüeintrag "zitat" vorhanden ist?

Mein Screenreader wollte mir den Unterschied nicht vermitteln und ich konnte es nicht herausfinden, weil ich beides als ohne Funktion wahrgenommen habe.

Aber das kann ja wohl eher nicht sein.
