nee, ist mein Schreibfehler;
habe die 2 Std. von berlin abgezogen
also. gemein war Ortszeit -2 h = UTC
oder UTC + 2 gleich Ortszeit!

Danke, für die vielen Kommentare,
könnt ihr mir aber meinem eigentlichen Problem helfen?
