Dieses Geld kommt für gewöhnlich von Firmen, die LO gewerblich einsetzen (wollen). Nur leider geben die Auftraggeber dieses Geld nicht mehr her, denn billiger ist besser.
So langsam merken endlich mal die billigen "Fachleute" das billig weder gut noch richtig ist. 
Aber hauptsache sparen, sparen, sparen- egal was es kostet.
