IMHO kommen jetzt nur zwei Möglichkeiten in Frage.
1) Das zugesandte Dokument ist korrupt.
2) Es liegt ein Bug vor.
Ich habe mit gerade den kostenlosen PowerPoint-Viewer installiert und damit kann ich die mir zugesandte Präsentation problemlos anschauen.
Ist eine sehr schöne Weihnachtsanimation mit bewegten Bildern und mit Musik hinterlegt.
