Eine Option, die das frühere Verhalten für neuere Versionen zugänglich
macht, ist mir nicht bekannt.
Wie gesagt, Du musst vorher einfach nur alle Tabellen markieren - und
schon werden Dir auch alle Seiten von allen Tabellen in der
Seitenansicht angezeigt. Für diesen (hier eher seltenen) Fall sollte
das also kein Problem sein.
Für mich sehe ich das aktuelle LibO-Verhalten daher auch als
erwünschtes Feature an.
