Ist natürlich nicht "OK".
Das Installationsprogramm scheint hier eine Doppeleintrag in der
Extension NLPSolver zu finden.
Du hast sicher schon den Weg mit Deinstallation von Vorversionen, unter
Windows auch immer ganz gerne gesehen noch irgendwelche Zusatzprogramme,
die wirklich alles entfernen, versucht.
Bei Linux würde ich jetzt auf die Suche gehen, in welchem Päckchen denn
diese Extension liegt. Unter Windows kannst Du vielleicht auswählen,
dass Du die Extension nicht haben möchtest - kannst Du ja immer noch
nachinstallieren.
Merkwürdig ist das Ganze aber sowieso - schließlich sollte in dem
angegebenen Pfad nur das Original von Deiner Installation liegen - und
warum laufen andere Installationen mit der gleichen Installationsdatei
auf anderen Rechnern?
