Hallo Robert, 

Aus Draw wollte ich Linien als *.png exportieren. [...]
Der Export einer schwarzen Linie blieb weiß.

Ich kann Dein Problem zum Teil nachvollziehen (LO 3.4.4 / Windows): 
* diagonale Linie mit Dicke 0: 
  wird korrekt exportiert 
* horizontale Linie mit Dicke 0: 
  wird weiß exportiert => Fehler! 
* horizontale Linie mit Dicke 0,11 cm: 
  hat grauen Schatten oben, weiße Pixel rechts+links => Fehler! 

Es fällt aus, dass beim PNG-Export der horizontalen weißen Linie als Größe des Exportbildes eine 
Höhe von "0,00 cm" angegeben wird. 
Vielleicht liegt darin das Problem (Rundungsfehler / kleine Zahl wird zu 0)?

Wenn Du einen Bug aufmachen willst - ich habe obige Tests mit Screenshots dokumentiert; 
ich komme bloß nicht darauf, wie man sie irgendwo veröffentlicht, um hier den Link zu posten 
(pastebin geht nur für Text...)
