Hallo Hans-Peter,
nach dem Herunterladen der Datei Kennzeichnung als PDF
Mit Libre Office schreibgeschützt zu öffnen. Als
Test mit "Open Office" geöffnet, ohne Probleme zu
ändern.
In dem Text sind einzelne Bereiche geschützt,
nicht das ganze Objekt !

Soweit ich das beurteilen kann, sind keine schreibgeschützten Bereiche
definiert, es ist aber dennoch irgendwie geschützt. :-(
