Ergänzend vielleicht noch den Zwischenschritt: Die geänderte
Formatierung musst Du natürlich vorher als Dokumentenvorlage
abspeichern (Datei -> Dokumentenvorlage -> Speichern ...), bevor Du
sie zum Standard machen kannst.

noch ein Zusatztipp: In der Formatvorlage kann man auch eigene
Zahlenformate definieren, die man häufig braucht. Die sind dann in jeder
neuen Tabelle verfügbar, was sehr praktisch ist.
