Das geht mit einer Matrixformel.
Wenn Du das Vorkommen von "ja (xx.yy.zzzz)" in der Spalte A zählen
willst, dann tippe in eine Zelle außerhalb der Spalte A die Formel:
=SUMME(LINKS(A1:A1048576;2)="ja")
und schließe die Eingabe mit SHIFT+STRG+ENTER ab.
Die Formel erscheint dann mit geschweiften Klammern:
{=SUMME(LINKS(A1:A1048576;2)="ja")}
und tut genau, was Du willst.
