Hallo,

mit dieser E-Mail möchte ich euch über Neues aus der Stiftungsarbeit 
informieren und euch ein paar Informationen dazu geben, was sich gerade 
im Vorstand tut.


Widerruf eines Interessenkonflikts

Der Vorstand hat beschlossen, dass der gegen Paolo Vecchi vom vorherigen 
Vorstand erklärte Interessenkonflikt als von Anfang an nichtig zu 
betrachten ist.

Jahresabschluss und Tätigkeitsbericht

Zwar gibt es schon seit längerem eine informelle Übereinkunft für das 
Budget 2025, allerdings ist jetzt auch der formelle Beschluss so gut wie 
fertig.

Code of Ethics, Fiduciary Duties und Conflict of Interest Policy

Paolo Vecchi hat vorgeschlagen, einen Code of Ethics und Fiduciary 
Duties einzuführen sowie die Conflict of Interest Policy zu 
überarbeiten, und Letztere strikter zu handhaben. Derzeit liegen die 
Dokumente bei den Rechtsberatern der Stiftung, um eine erste Rückmeldung

Entfernen der "Community"-Tagline

Der Vorstand hat beschlossen, dass ab der kommenden Version 25.8 die 
"Community"-Tagline wieder aus LibreOffice entfernt wird und wir somit 
wieder zur alten Kennzeichnung mit TDF-Tagline zurückkehren. Alle Infos

Einstellen von Entwicklern

Die Stiftung möchte künftig vermehrt eigene Entwickler einstellen. Einen
