... d.h., dass du nach dem erneuten Öffnen etwas änderst und wieder
speicherst, stimmt’s ;? Und es geht um den „Datei –
Eigenschaften...“-Dialog, oder?

Bei mir nicht. Bei mir wird dort das Datum mit der entsprechenden Zeit
eingetragen.
