nunja, die eigentliche Motivation dazu kommt von Windows -
sicherlich ist dort eine on-disk-Hilfe weniger wichtig als eine
lokalisierte UI - und es haben sich bei den Betas 'ne Menge Leute
über die Größe des Windows-Installers beschwert. ;)
Unter Linux ist es m.E. ziemlich egal - persönlich würd' ich aber
wahrscheinlich auch die Hilfe in den lang-Tarball packen. Kommen
halt nachher eh' eine Menge rpms/debs bei raus...
Zum Thema Englische Online-Hilfe - das sollte jetzt für RC4 gefixt
sein.
