Hello,

I have a document that contains a cover page, abstract, toc and the actual
text content chapters. Technically the first content chapters begin from
page 4, but I have defined the page numbering in the document so that it
restarts from the toc page making the first text chapter page appear as page
2. However, the toc shows the first chapter to begin from page 4. Is there a
way to make the toc to show the correct altered page numbering?
