Hallo Christian,
das kann so nicht funktionieren.
Das hat vorher funktioniert. Ich habe hier verschiedene Versionen von LO parallel installiert. In LO 6.4.7.2 wird das Bild direkt mit eingefügt - keine Verknüpfung. In LO 7.3.2.2 wird das Bild nicht mit eingefügt. Eine Verküpfung wird erstellt, die aber gar kein Bild anzeigt. 
Beobachtet gerade unter OpenSUSE 15.3 64bit rpm Linux.

Ich schaue einmal weiter - ggf. auch nach einer Bugmeldung.
