participants, which means we can use Google AdWords for free within a
certain range.
I am no expert here, and just did some first tests, so if anyone wants to
take the lead on this, that'd be appreciated.
The only drawback is that the AdWords account is tied to TDF's main Google
account, where we also maintain the Play store and other things, so I'd
prefer if some board member could be in the boat as well to coordinate the
efforts.
I believe you can designate other people to run campaigns using their own
GMail accounts without giving them full admin access.
