[us-marketing] Reminder for TDF member vote

This is an important reminder to TDF members who were given vote tokens 
to participate in the 2011 TDF Board of Directors vote. It is important 
that you voice your choices by voting. The process only takes a couple 
of minutes. You have till the *** 17th of October *** to make your vote 
count.

If you are not a TDF member, and, would like to join the TDF membership, 
visit the "Application for TDF Community Membership" membership page[1] 
to see if you qualify to apply to the membership.

Thanks all the members who have presented themselves as possible 
candidates to the board. Your help is and will be greatly appreciated!

Many thanks to Simon Phipps our "Elections Officer" who has done a great 
job of organizing the voting process and more importantly kept us well 
informed of the voting information, process and deadlines.
