[us-marketing] NA-DVD document page updated - plus TDF/Wiki download errors

The documentation.html page has been updated.

The Writer documents have been updated.
There is a full "book" for the Writer's Guide now.

Plus they have put out some Calc Guide chapters,
so those are now on the NA Community DVDs

I did have some issues with downloading the files.

The "Appendix C - Calc Error Codes" file on the TDF document page has an 
error for downloading, but the wiki page for documentation did not.

Then there was the download itself.  If I downloaded more than 1 or 2 
files in my download queue, I get most of them downloaded as 1.1 KB 
files and not their true versions.  So it took a long time to download 
all the document files to make sure I had the latest versions or or the 
new files that I did not have.

I do like the link for purchasing a printed copy of the Getting Started 
Guide and the Writer's Guide at Lulu.com.  We may want to look at making 
that a part of the document page.  WE could make a link to Lulu.com for 
"printed version" of some of these documents.
