Yes - for the image with the pen backgroung

Sort of - for the image with the discs ( the elements are rearranged in
the source file, apparently I saved as png and not the xcf after the
last change, but it's all there.

You will need to have the Vegur font installed, sorry I don't have the
link for that right off hand, but I'm pretty sure it's listed on the
branding page of the wiki.
