I didn't find any info about this event during SCaLE. I'll do some more
research. We have a bit of time before the actual event. I don't have
technical contacts in Chicago. This seems like a good time to start.

The event website is here: http://www.flourishconf.com/2011/

Drew has supported the idea of having a TDF spokesperson in Chicago, and
this is the reason why we have decided to accept the invitation and fly
from Europe.

I will be in Chicago from Friday morning till Sunday at lunchtime (I
cannot spend more days in the US now), and I would like to get the most
out of that time.

I have also reserved the time for a workshop, if this is going to help
the growth of the local community.

It looks like I can be there on Saturday the 2nd - fly in 7 AM and leave
9 PM'ish - need to lock down one issue on my side still, but that looks
good and should be able to confirm this by Monday.

It would be nice if maybe some of the other folks in the NE/Mid-West
could make it there also...
