South Africa is pretty much compelled to have a DVD of its own. (11
official languages, all of which are supported by LibreOffice.)
However, Botswana, Lesotho, and Swaziland could also use the DVD.
If Bing copied Google, there wouldn't be anything new worth requesting.
If Bing did not copy Google, there wouldn't be anything relevant worth
