We have to act in the next few days to get a free small banner. The
large banner w/ 10oz vinyl is what I'd recommend for INDOOR EVENTS. If
there's a possibility of using the banner for OUTDOOR EVENTS, then we
have to order the 15oz. vinyl.

We're still going to pay a shipping premium: the typical turnaround for
regular shipping from VistaPrint is 21 days. We're outside that window.
