As an organizer of similar regional Fest (LinuxFest Northwest in
Bellingham, WA), I encourage you to present. If you are interested in
something, chances are good that others will be too. These regional
Fests attract local folks who are prime potential users.

Usually all you have to do in a presentation is describe your own
experience. Invite others in the audience to do the same.
