Hi Marc, I think such bugs are filed against the WWW component. I've updated the BugReports page with such information: http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/BugReport#Reporting_a_bug I suppose the wiki is a staging area and there should be a proper marketing page at lo.org - who would set that up ?
