Hi again I found the answer. It was enough to have someone to ask.:) The chart had to be ”clean”, in "one piece”, for example not an extra piece with the headlines above or some rows to the left.

According to instructions - if you click on a post in a calc sheet you can sort all posts in the calc sheet. And if you mark can area in the calc sheet you could sort the posts in that area. The problem is the three options to sort are dimmed whatever I try to do. That is they are not available to choose to get any sorting done. What is the secret to do the sorting? Thankful for some help.
