Tack!

Först löstes problemet med en ganska "komplex" formel.
=BYT.UT( OM( BYT.UT(B2;".";",")<>""; AVRUNDA (BYT.UT(B2;".";",")*0,8 ;2 );"");",";".")

Det blev mycket renare med följande formel .:
=BYT.UT(  NUMMERVÄRDE(B2; ".")*0,8  ;",";".")

Dock verkar den inte fungera när cellen "B2" inte innehåller något...
(Error .: #VÄRDE!)

Instruktionen "NUMMERVÄRDE" finns inte beskrivet i hjälpfilen

Om du vill använda en formel för att lösa problemet skulle jag föreslå att du använder funktionen nummervärde, ex. NUMMERVÄRDE("19.90"; ".").

Ett annat sätt att hantera situationen är att ställa in cellformatet till ett språk som använder decimalpunkt, exempelvis Engelska (USA). Du kan med fördel skapa ett cellformat för själva formatet och sedan applicera det på de celler som ska ha det.

För att ändra formatet för en enskild cell så:
- högerklicka på cellen och välj *Formatera celler**...*
- på fliken Nummer hittar du en kombinationsruta med titeln Språk.
- ändra denna till Engelska (USA)

Mitt problem just nu är en beräkning av moms i Calc.
Jag vet en summa (med moms), men den är angiven med decimalpunkt. (ex. B2 .: 19.90) Med detta tal skall en beräkning göras (ex. C2 .: 19,90 * 0,8 = 15,92), men resultatet skall presenteras med decimalpunkt (15.92) Det enda sätt jag kom på, var att skriva denna formel i cellen - Avrundat till två decimaler
C2 .: =BYT.UT(AVRUNDA(BYT.UT(B2;".";",")*0,8; 2);",";".")
Det verkar fungera.

Men det verkliga problemet är när cellen B2 inte innehåller något alls (inte "0")
.
Då kommer C2 innehålla texten #Värde!. (Vet inte om andra fel kan uppkomma.) Om cellen B2 är tom eller något annat fel uppstår, önskar jag att cellen C2 skall förbli tom.

Hur löser man min önskan på ett bra sätt?
