Voce pede Localizar e Substituir, pede para pesquisar ^. (circunflexo
seguido de ponto) e substituir por & (E comercial), e ativa as
Expressões Regulares. Funcionou aqui, sem fazer maiores testes....
E se for fazer sempre, pode montar uma macro que faz isso de uma só vez.
