maiúsculas e minúsculas, além de observar se tem dois pontos na frente da palavra ou outro sinal

Se entendi a necessidade
acerte a fórmula da seguinte forma:

=SOMASE(A2:*B13*;"Taxa";B2:B13)

o resultado foi -1,6....

E tenho usado a função dessa forma

=SOMASE(A2:A13;"Taxa";B2:B13)

Me retorna valor zero. O que estou fazendo errado?
